For anyone looking into buying a Mercedes Benz and want to know everything
there is to know about each model – speak to these guys.
Personally I got fed up of going to the main dealers of BMW and Audi and
being judged on what I had on that day, if I had my work suit on they would take
seriously, on the way back from the gym not a chance. I was a cash buyer, but
a nervous buyer as I had had a company car for 20 years.
David and Damien from BestMercDeals took me seriously, and advised me on
the best point of each car, why the hard suspension on the sport might not suit the
volume of driving I did, and long conversations about wheels and why bigger isn’t always better!! Not something I had ever considered as a girl.
I had their personal mobiles for when I was away on training courses and couldn’t get back to them during work hours. They were really patient even when I changed my mind and amended my requirements - typical female. They did not laugh when the most important thing was the colour and the leather inside.
The car of my dreams was found from a main dealer, and when it transpired it had
a black roof not a blue roof David did not try to talk me into it, he said he didn’t
want me to be unhappy so the decision was mine. I really respected him for that.
My next worry was transferring the cash and every effort was made to reassure
me by Best Merc Deal and the main dealer. Who incidentally also gave me his
Mobile number, and phoned me to see if I was happy with the car after delivery.
2 months after delivery I had a problem with my Bluetooth, I phoned and again
the main dealer talked me through solving the problem. Being a sales manager myself Customer service is really important and I have to say the experience was brilliant - Absolutely 100%.

When I was considering changing my Financial Director's C Class I had visited a couple of Mercedes dealers, then by chance David of Best Merc Deals contacted me for some office furniture, so I mentioned that I was looking for a new C Class and would be happy to do some reciprocal business if the price was right.
I was very pleasantly surprised that I made quite a considerable saving and having shopped around no-one could come near the price! Not having gone down this route of purchasing a vehicle before I thought maybe the service wouldn't be as good but again I was pleasantly surprised when everything went smoothly and efficiently with the vehicle being delivered to the door and instruction given on the instrument panel etc, even connecting the phone up, the only thing missing was the free umbrella!
I will be looking to change my SLK soon and will definitely be contacting David again!

I am writing to compliment you and Dave on the service provided in supplying me with a new car.
I have just taken delivery of a Mercedes C Class Estate, and paid a price almost “too good to be true”. I do believe in the advice “if it looks too good to be true, it probably is”, and I did make some enquiries to give me confidence during the delivery period.
But this deal was true.
And every contact I had with yourselves was very easy, with prompt responses that were always polite and supportive.
The car was supplied by Mercedes Benz Corporate, and as the manufacture and delivery was during the Christmas and New Year period, I had contact with five different people, some covering for people on holiday. Every one of them was easy to talk to, polite, and gave the impression that the most important thing for them was to organise things for my convenience, and to provide me with the information necessary.
And the delivery person was in the same mould – refusing to sit inside the car whilst explaining controls to me as her shoes would put dirt on the carpet. So, apart from the frustration of having to wait for my new toy, the whole process was very comfortable – I got the feeling that nothing was too much trouble.
So, I will be pleased to recommend you to anyone looking for a new car.

I feel compelled to write a few words to compliment Dave and his staff with regard to the outstanding service I received when buying my latest Mercedes.
I consider myself a well seasoned buyer of cars and motorbikes and have to say that the buying experience, including the price, provided by Dave was second to none.
The staff were knowledgeable but when confronted with a question they couldnt answer actually called back with an answer as promised. It seems most other companies try to get you off the phone as quick as possible when they re asked difficult question with the promise of a phone call, never actually calling back! I think they hope you will forget what you asked!

As a very keen Mercedes fan and an even keener fan of obtaining the best price, I tried all the normal options e.g. Main Dealer, “What Car” target price magazine etc.
I was extremely pleased with an even bigger saving using Best Merc Deals. After just one visit to their local office the deal was done with a secure deposit and balance to the appointed Mercedes garage supplier; totally pain and risk free. I’m a pretty conservative sort of person and have always been sceptical about using agents and even reading testimonials.
