A superb performance

With the three direct injection petrol engines supplying power on demand through the smooth seven speed auto transmission, the SLK is a responsive machine. It’s sporty, but does so with a little more serenity and elegance.

An enjoyable and fun drive

Being the original hard top roadster for the modern day, it is no surprise the SLK attains refinement at a canter. As such, noise is minimal whether the roof is open or closed allowing for sensible level conversations between the driver and passenger.

Driving positions can be easily tailored to suit, with adjustable seating and steering suited for all, whilst the cabin is very spacious and comfortable, with great visibility as is to be expected. There are a host of toys to play with, including climate control, Bluetooth and a DAB radio.

All round quality and safety

Always one to attract admiring glances as it drives by, the SLK has looks that exude class and distinction, but with a playful edge. Soft touch materials throughout, and elegant controls, it feels substantial unlike rivals in the class.
