E Class Cabriolet
The E Class cabriolet offers an unrivalled open topped driving experience, affording comfort and fun for the driver and all passengers alike.
Superior performance & handling
The engine options available introduce diesel power to a Mercedes four seater cabriolet for the first time, starting from 170bhp to 265bhp. For their part, the petrol driven engines supply 184bhp to 387bhp. However, this is more a car for fun than for speed.
The cabriolet can be specified to suit individual driving styles, with the uber comfortable SE, or firmer Sport. An optional dynamic handling package allows even greater personalisation, whilst the AMG package provides paddle gear change, side sill panels and more besides.
Comfort as standard to suit
As with the whole class, seats can be adjusted to achieve the best driving position, whilst visibility is good whether the roof is up or down. With the option to have Airscarf neck warmers in the seats too, comfort is assured for all four adult passengers.
With the roof up, barely a whisper can be heard. When down, which takes less than thirty seconds even while moving, there is little increase in noise, thanks to the innovative Aircap system which also restricts air disturbance dramatically.
First class safety & security
To provide the utmost safety, the E Class cabriolet comes with headbags, roll over protection, reinforced windscreens and central pillars. With the standard E class innovations to prevent driver fatigue and lane drift too, it is a protective place to be.
Cabriolet cruising has always been about the experience and fun it brings. Providing these and then some, the E Class Cabriolet has no rival.
