All the vehicles we supply come from Franchised Mercedes Dealers in the UK. The vehicles are not imports or ‘pre-registered’. You will ALWAYS be the first registered keeper. All vehicles supplied come with a Full UK Mercedes Manufacturer Warranty.

 

You will always pay the supplying dealer – always a UK Franchised Mercedes Dealer for the balance of the vehicle you purchase. The Mercedes Dealer will Invoice you directly and you have direct contact with them at all times.

 

There are various methods of funding your new Mercedes Benz, these are shown below.

·         Hire Purchase - (Flexible payments over 12 - 60mth with a deposit

We will always offer you a Mercedes Benz finance product that best suits your needs. Contracts usually run between 24 and 60 months.

 

You are welcome to collect your new Mercedes Benz from the supplying dealer but if it is more convenient for the vehicle to be delivered to you directly then this can be arranged - we have negotiated free delivery on all new Mercedes vehicles so you have total control.

 

Yes. If your vehicle is a Factory Order we can arrange for you to be flown to Germany, Accommodated over night and then taken on a tour of the Mercedes Benz factory before collecting your vehicle at the end. This is arranged at minimal extra cost – the Manufacturer charges a delivery cost to transport the vehicle to the UK but if you collect from the factory the charge pays for most of your trip instead. Our quotations are based on the discount terms we have negotiated with our Franchised Mercedes Dealers. If your local Franchised Mercedes Dealer can match these negotiated discounts then we may be able to arrange for them to supply the vehicle. On some occasions, the discounts we have been given are on particular ‘Stock’ vehicles therefore another dealer may not be able to match what has been offered.

 

Of course. Your new Mercedes has been supplied through the UK Mercedes Franchised Dealer network so can be taken to any UK Franchised Mercedes Dealer for regular servicing and warranty work.

 

When you take out a Lease or PCP contract with Mercedes Benz, the mileage allowance is pre-arranged based on your assumed usage. This is calculated on your miles per annum.

 

 

If you exceed the mileage stated on the contract you may be liable for an excess mileage charge depending on how you decide to dispose of your vehicle at the end of the contract. All the information can be found on your finance documents or quote prior to commencing the contract.
